The Smart Environment PRO model has been created as an evolution of Smart Environment. It enables the user to implement pollution, air quality, industrial, environmental or farming projects with high requirements in terms of high accuracy, reliability and measurement range as the sensors come calibrated from factory.

Waspmote OEM: technology for developers

Waspmote OEM provides the best option for research and development.  With a good C++ programming level, developers can explore multiple possibilities with its Open Source API, 400+ online code examples and documentation.

With no enclosure, all kinds of different hardware combinations can be tried.  For configuring the required hardware, developers will have to choose Board and Sensors, Communication Protocol, and Power Supply.

Wasmote OEM Sensor Boards

Meshlium is the best Internet Gateway for Waspmote.  It is a Linux-based router, totally modular and specially designed for harsh conditions without compromising flexibility in the installation.  Meshlium can directly send sensor data from Waspmote to many 3rd party Cloud platforms.

Meshlium can work as:

  • an RF (XBee) to Ethernet router for Waspmote nodes

  • an RF (XBee) to 4G/3G/GPRS/GSM router for Waspmote nodes

  • a WiFi Access Point

  • a WiFi to 4G/3G/GPRS/GSM router

  • a GPS – 4G/3G/GPRS/GSM real-time tracker

  • a smartphone scanner (detects iPhone and Android devices) by measuring Wifi and Bluetooth activity for traffic congestion and pedestrian counting
